They haven’t answered E-mails for 3 days, and there fax machine appears to be turned off. Was wondering if anyone knows if they’re out of town at a conn or something.

Sorry if you received delayed communications with me. November was a hectic month for me at my "day job". I was out of town for over 20 days in the month of November on business. When I'm gone, the e-mail doesn't get checked very often since I'm the one who does it.

I hope that everyone who mentioned contacting us has received their responses by now, if not, please re-contact me and I'll do my best to get you your answer.

BTW: Orders are picked up from the website every few days, so they should not be subject to the same delays when I'm out of town.

I'm still trying to get my leopard 2 improved order...its proving hard. I sent in an email a week ago inquiring about my order, still no response.

anyone have a suggestion on what to do? I have tried just waiting but it usually results in a broken line of communication. :(

A friend informed me that he had had a reasonably quick response by contacting Odin Art & Collectables on ebay (look for the CinC under micro armor).

He was checking on a possible re-release date for the Brooklyn last fall.

Well now that I have broken the ice, the verbal torrent flows unabated. My order last March (about 150.00 worth of armor) was 2-3 weeks. My order the first week of January (ouch) this year (500.00+ of ships with 40 PzIII M - gotta have schurzen or why bother - and some parts for kit bashing) was again about 3 weeks. Of course, everything was in stock.

P.S. It took about a week to get an answer to the e-mail asking the price for the extra parts.

i know what it's like to work a day job and try and run a website in spair time so i do cut slack on reply emails but i've never gotten a reply from cinc. I've probably sent four emails in the last year and a half since i launched my website.
