How about the new US Army M4(C2V) command post? It is an MLRS based vehicle that is furbished with a command module on the back. It will probably replace the M-577 in the foreseeable future. If thats the case its a "can't live without". M4(C2V),COMMAND POST,MOBLIE-USA

I think CinC should focus on things left out by GHQ...if done right, the CV 90 line of vehicles could be as diverse, and even more succesful then the GHQ strykers... CinC should also develop the PUMA IFV, it will no doubt be a hot item if someone made it. CinC should jump on board with new kit being phased into armies, not older but still modern items currently perpetutuated by ghq ---------- Recce!

Recce, Thanks for your input. I couldn't agree more about producing model's that GHQ is not producing. It would give C in C yet another foot hold in the US military miniature market.
Please correct me if I am wrong, the CV90 line is the tracked armored vehicles being made by Sweden? If so, I'll list them independently in the list. Its a slow start but there is some great input, I'll keep adding to the list with a vote for each item next to it. I hope, when Randy has a chance to sit down and read this, he will consider modeling the items with the highest votes or maybe even modeling something that catches his eye. -Jim

My preference would be to manufacture items that perhaps the other guys do not manufacture. As opposed to both/several companies making the same items, and business is split among them, vs making something that they do not make will allow me the opportunity to buy an additional item. Some good stryker are made. The Puma may be a good choice, The Italian C1 Ariete, B1 tank destroyer.

I really like CinC's figures they are well done and with the generous discounts they are a better value. Since it seems to be falling on deaf ears at GHQ it would be great if CinC would produce some South African vehicles. Ratel 20mm Ratel 90mm G-5 G-6 They would be cool. Thanks, Tony

Cool.... We have several more suggestion's. Let's keep our fingers crossed that C in C makes the CV90 and Puma for ya RCAC so you don't have to stop buying miniatures! The Japanese make some wicked looking AFV. I would really like to see some in miniature too Predator06. I'll see what all I can get info for and add it to the list when I have a bit more time, for now I'll just add the Type 90 MBT. ------------------------------------------------------------ B-52G (1) A6-Intruder (1) F-22 Raptor (1) C-130 (1) F-18 Super Hornet (1) M3A3 CAVALRY FIGHTING VEHICLE (1) M109A6 PALADIN 155SP (1) TRACTOR FULL TRACKED HIGH SPEED:DEPLOYABLE LT ENGINEER (DEUCE) (1) M1078 TRUCK CARGO: LMTV (1) M1079 TRUCK VAN: LMTV (1) ELECTRONICS SHOP SHELTER MOUNTED AVIONICS: AN/ASM-146/147 (SHOWN MTDON M1078 LMTV) (1) TRACTOR WHL DSL 4X4 W/FORKLIFT & CRANE (HMMH) (1) M88A2 IRV (HERCULES) (1) M1074/M1075 TRUCK CARGO HEAVY PLS TRANSPORTER 15 -16.5 TON (1) FORWARD REPAIR SYSTEM MOUNTED ON HEAVY PLS TRANSPORTER (1) FORWARD REPAIR SYSTEM MOUNTED ON HEMTT LHS (1) M1083 TRUCK CARGO: MTVM1114 (1) M1083 TRUCK: MTV W/TPU (1) M1087 TRUCK VAN EXPANSIBLE: MTV (1) M1126 STRYKER INFANTRY CARRIER (1) M1130 STRYKER COMMAND VEHICLE (1) M1129 STRYKER MORTAR CARRIER (1) M1127 STRYKER RECONNAISSANCE VEHICLE (1) M1131 STRYKER FIRE SUPPORT VEHICLE (1) M1132 ENGINEER SUPPORT VEHICLE (1) DETECTING SYSTEM: COUNTER MEASURES AN/MLQ-40(V) 3 PROPHET (1) M1088 TRUCK TRACTOR: MTVFORWARD (1) M1089 TRUCK WRECKER: MTV (1) M4(C2V),COMMAND POST,MOBLIE-USA (1) Sweden CV9030 (3) Sweden CV9040 (3) Sweden CV9030 Mk II (3) Sweden CV9035 Mk III (3) Sweden CV90120-T (3) Sweden CV9040 Anti-Aircraft (3) Sweden CV90 Forward Observation Vehicle (3) Sweden CV90 Forward Command Vehicle (3) Sweden CV90 Armored Recvovery Vehicle (3) German Puma IFV (2) Italian C1 Ariete (1) B1 tank destroyer (1) Ratel 20mm (1) Ratel 90mm (1) G-5 (1) G-6 (1) Matilda 1 (1) Vickers VIb (1) Type MBT 90 (1) ----------------------------------------------- 1/4800th naval minis US,Italian,Japanese,French and some minor countries I really like CinC's figures they are well done and with the generous discounts they are a better value. ------------------------------------------------------------

Looks like the CV series of vehicles from Sweden is of some interest to people. The other guy's have yet to spin them and they sure would add some coolness to CinC's line of modern miniatures. Lets keep some fingers cross that Randy and his elves have taken a peek in the forum and have seen this thread. Thanks to everyone who has posted!

I agree it would be quite lucrative for them to get on that particular model before GHQ does. I would compare it to the stryker line, as there are many variants that can be built, and released gradually over the next few years. Especially if the castings are quite nice... I'm all for more ultra modern vehicles that are seeing great export success. New vehicles are being invented all the time, and adopted by modern armies in droves. ---------- Recce!

I have been fielding the CV 90-- line for a few years... well, er... scratch fielding of the CV9030 & cv9040. Use the hull of the Roland (by the other guys) turret of Scimitar? and then Scorpion 90 (from the other guys. I would really like a good model of the CV90 group including the AA 40mm.

Hi, First off hello to everyone, I would like to say it is great to be able to post ideas about future minitures. I would like to see some modern south african stuff to do bush wars. So the Ratel 90mm,20 mm and some of it's variations would be nice with anything that would be hard to scratch build to compliment them. I also think C-in-C should try and do minitures that GHQ continues to overlook. I have a question, is germany planning on using the cv90 or the puma to replace the marder which everone is going to be used i would like to see a model of it and its varients.
Thanks

Hi all, adding the Strf 9040 (I'd go for the B version) to the Swedish range would be great! I would like to see other members of the CV90 family as well, especially the Bgbv 90, Grkpbv 90120 and Lvkv 9040. While doing some Swedish stuff...the Strb 90 series would be a great addition as well. Cheers Ben
