I've heard about the "20% off all orders" special offer starting on 16th Feb, and came over to pick up some micro armor.
After putting some items in my cart, I'm not sure how this discount is supposed to work. The Checkout phase doesn't apply any discount, and the prices in my cart look like the normal prices.
Do I need a certain minimum purchase to be eligible for it?

Check out the ordering info page:
"Your checkout page will NOT reflect any discounts applicable to your order, but rest assured you will receive them prior to the processing of your payment. We hope to offer the discount amounts in the ordering process in the near future."

No minimum is required. At the $400 level the discount should be 25%. I will let Brad know to change it. Regardless of what the submitted total is the final may be different if something was oos or if the discounts or specials have changed. Randy
