Can you be more specific to what game you watched? I remember numerous games at historicon. What do the large plastic boxes have to do with the game? What about it?

well, it was a modern period game. and the rules were packaged with the large cinc box of pieces. can't really add much more, sorry to say. i had been out of 1/285 gaming for a few years and i remember a friend saying 'thats the new game from cinc. i do recall it was at lancaster, not camp hill. not that that helps... does randy post here? maybe he can help.

In the instance about the "large plastic boxes" I was trying to help you with info you requested, if at all possible. But your ability to clearly express yourself here is sub-par, so I was trying to determine if the boxes were essential info or extraneous info. If someone else posted what you posted, would it be clear as mud?
Were the boxes issued as the container for the rules by the producer or did the customer/owner use these boxes as a proxy container? For example, if I bring rules in the boxed by GDW with title of "Combined Arms", good chance the rules are actually 'Combined Arms', but if in a brown box or milk crate, reduced the probability of that being the case; still might be Tractics, Fist Full of Tows, Close & Destroy, etc.
Oh, did you mean vehicles or technicals? What year was it that you were there when you saw the game? Do you know the game-master name by chance? What type of model tanks were on the board, what scale, what threater of the world was being represented? Was it modern 1950's, 1980's, 1995, 2005, etc? This info may or may not help with the rules. What type of tanks that you remember?
Not sure what you are indicating with '546 post', I have had at that point 546 posts on the CinC website. If an attempt to go back an communicating anything effective, missed the mark! Would you try it again, please?
I did not respond to your 4-11-10 post, since I could not offer any help, or add value to you, so I did not respond further. BTW, you can try your opening comments and add-on comments on other websites, forums and blogs, see if anyone else can help? Just cut and paste....
