For those of us still stuck on the best solution for holding turrets in place (semi-permanently) so that they both revolve and DON'T fall off.
My solution is a white "tacky" glue available from model railroad shops. Scenic designers use to glue in place figures that they will want to move sometime in the future. Very simple to apply; much like a thick Elmer's Glue, applied to the vehicle and turret, allowed to dry a bit, then the two pieces are mated together. I have several tanks that have been so glued for over six years, the turrets turn readily and have not fallen off.
I got mine from a company called Woodland Scenics. ---------- "The only constant is change. Get used to it.": Noah Vaile http://www.dinosaur-toys-collectors-guide.com Want a website of your own? Ask me how to get one!
